This project, a collaboration with Rachel E. Scherr, investigates how the intersection of physics and philosophy can benefit upper-level physics education. We draw on feminist epistemology to reimagine the power structures of typical physics classrooms, and we scaffold students’ reasoning with intuitive conceptual resources drawn from physics’ history.
My current work on this project is generously supported by the British Academy under Grant No. IF23\100451.
